What I do
Tutoring, software help, and a few other ways I work with people
Most of what I do for other people grows out of what I'm learning: helping students get unstuck in programming classes, and helping small teams and founders get software built.
CS tutoring
One-on-one online help in Java, Python, C, and C++: intro courses, data structures and algorithms, debugging, and exam review. More about tutoring
Software help
For small businesses, startups, and student founders who need something built or fixed.
- Websites and landing pages in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React
- React Native app screens and fixes
- Technical specs and codebase documentation
- Regression test checklists and release testing

Design and UI/UX
Through my job as the Mobile Application Designer at United Through Reading, I also do interface design: Figma prototypes, user flows and wireframes, and small design systems, so an idea can be tested before anyone writes code.
Trumpet lessons
Online, one-on-one lessons built around what you want to play. More about lessons

Working together
If you have something in mind, I'd love to hear about it. Tell me what you're working on and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm a good fit.
